LN EMPLOYMENT AGENCY AGENCY INC.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the betteroverboard.com website ("Site"), which is owned and operated by LN EMPLOYMENT AGENCY AGENCY INC., a Canadian corporation with limited liability ("LN Employment" or "We").

You grant LN Employment Agency a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, create derivative works from, and display any Content that you post on the Site, in any format, on any channel, on any media, and for any purpose.

7. Services

LN Employment Agency offers international job placement services on the Site. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms that may apply to specific Services.

LN Employment Agency does not guarantee that you will find a job abroad through the use of the Services. LN Employment Agency is not responsible for any damages that you may suffer as a result of using the Services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". LN EMPLOYMENT AGENCY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LN EMPLOYMENT AGENCY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF LN EMPLOYMENT AGENCY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The Site may contain links to other websites. LN Employment Agency is not responsible for the content or practices of any other websites that the Site links to. You agree to use such websites at your own risk.

10. Changes

LN Employment Agency may change these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon their posting on the Site. You agree to review these Terms periodically to be aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

11. Termination

LN Employment Agency may terminate your access to the Site or any part of it at any time without notice for any reason. You agree that LN Employment Agency shall not be liable to you for any such termination.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

13. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LN Employment Agency with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, between you and LN Employment Agency with respect to such subject matter.

No provision of these Terms may be amended except by a writing signed by both parties.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms shall bind and inure to the benefit of your heirs and assigns.

These Terms may be amended by LN Employment Agency only by posting the amended Terms on the Site.
